Carmen & Ben :: Wedding Day Edit

Carmen & Ben had the pleasure of getting married during one of the worst downpours in Sydney over the last 10 years.

This of course didn’t stop them from having a fantastic time and enjoying their wedding celebrations to the max.

Here is their wedding day edit that we produced for them last night.

A big thanks to Dean from Sauvignon Media Creations for flying up from Melbourne to help out. Cool and calm under pressure.

Sydney & Michael :: Vietnamese Wedding

I have known Sydney for a couple of years and was very happy to be asked to record her wedding to Michael. This day was one of the windiest days I can remember and we actually had to finish the photo shoot early as nearly all of us had tears running down our cheeks from the hay fever and pollen being blown around the park.

This didn’t prevent Sydney & Michael from enjoying their special day. As you will see from the video it was an eventful and full day (that really means loooonnngggg day) like most Vietnamese weddings.

I always enjoying shooting the Tea Ceremonies due to the colour of the costumes and decorations.

Hope you enjoy this video too.

Rachel & Ryan :: Wedding Highlights

You couldn’t find a more relaxed couple than Rachel & Ryan. All through the build-up and on the day of the wedding they were so easy going and determined just to enjoy their wedding day.

Great sense of humour meant there were laughs a plenty all day long. One of my favourite parts was when the Bestman pulled out a wooden step for Rachel to stand on during the ceremony, just to even up the height difference a little.

Linette & Francisco :: Wedding Highlights

Unfortunately Cisco’s parents were unable to attend the wedding. However due to the wonders of modern technology (and skype) they could follow all the action online. I’m sure if must have been especially hard for Cisco’s mother who was glued to the laptop during the ceremony and reception.

Everyone had a fantastic time and it was a fine celebration amongst close family and friends.

The dance show at reception was amazing and enjoyed by all. Sometimes I felt like putting down the camera and enjoying the show.

Hope you enjoy the recap.

Emma & Stuart :: 30th October 2009

Emma & Stuart hail from the country and were after a no frills wedding where they could have a good party and enjoy time with their friends and family. Emma also wanted to get a shot or two of the harbour bridge.

It was the first time I had the pleasure of working with Gavin Cato from Cato and Pade Wedding Photography. He got some really nice shots and the slideshow at reception was a big hit.

Reception was held at the Watersedge and Ceremony at the historic Garrison Church in The Rocks.
